The Executive Committee consists of the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.  The term for each officer will be two years.

The Officers shall be ex-offico members of the board.  There will be not less than 12 members on the Board of Directors.

Next Board Meeting will be held on February 15th, 2010 at 6:30pm in the board room. Meeting are open to membership by invitation only. 

Annual Open Meeting of the Membership is scheduled for March 15th, 2010 at 6:30 pm in the SYAA Board Room. The Regular Board meeting will follow.

Adjustment to by-laws are an ongoing process.
